Who are we?

REWILD

We created the REWILD , a 501 (c) (3) non profit, in response to the growing mental health crisis among teenagers, driven by excessive smartphone use and social media engagement.

Studies have shown a 70% increase in feelings of depression and anxiety among adolescents who spend significant time on these platforms, along with a 25% rise in suicidal thoughts over the past decade.

Our kids need help.

They are strong and ready to change the world they were born into!

REWILD exists to help these kids start a revolution.

REWILD exists to inspire kids change their own lives so they can change the world!

Our mission is to help kids disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with the natural one.

The newest data around social media and mental health is staggering. The people behind social media know that their product is causing people to feel depressed, anxious, and in some cases suicidal.

At REWILD we want to change the world! We want to help teenagers who are struggling with mental health find a renewed sense of fulfillment by getting off social media and getting outside with friends.

We need a revolution! We need a group of youth that are willing to fight back against the norms of being an screenager and be a teenager who wants to connect face to face. Instead of watching people do cool things online we need kids who actually go out and do cool things! We want to win back our kids childhoods! The revolution starts now!!

Is it just for kids?

Nope. Adults can join as well!

Although our main focus is helping youth get off social media, we feel that getting off social media for a year and spending more times outdoor with those you love will help all people no matter their age.

Side note: if you are a parent the best way to lead your kids is by example. Join the Revolution with us!

maybe your kids will want to join as well!

Side note: although parents can join the REWILD REVOLUTION the free Gabb phone is only for youth.

What kids are saying

The people behind social media are hurting our kids and they know it. The rising generation knows this as well. Here’s what they are saying

I want to put down my phone because I see how much time i’m spending on it. I have noticed that every single time I spend more than an hour on my phone at a time I feel gross and tired, and that’s not a way I want to live my life!

Lauren F.

In a world that seems almost impossible to live without a phone, it’s important for me remember that it’s possible to disconnect from my phone.
Doing something challenging like this would put me a little out of my comfort zone and allow me to grow.

Aunika N.

I want to put down my phone for a year to challenge myself. I want to show myself I can do something hard. I am so excited to see what my life can become without most of it tied to a screen.

Haidyn H.

Greentime over screentime.
